The difference between connections and followers.
- Connections are two-way. Send a request from someone's Passport; once they accept, you can endorse each other, recommend each other and see connections-only work.
- Following is one-way. Follow people and companies to see their posts in your feed.
Pending requests are in Connections. Connect with people you know or have worked with: connections who vouch for you build your trust.
