Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and World Fashion League ("WFL", "we") for the use of FOLQIN, the professional network for the fashion industry, and the apps that come with it. By creating an account you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the Community Guidelines.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Use your real name and accurate details. One person, one Passport. Company pages must belong to a business you represent.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Your content and credits

  • You keep ownership of what you share. You give WFL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and distribute it on FOLQIN, for as long as it is on FOLQIN, so the service can work.
  • Share only work you made or have the right to share, and credit the people who made it with you. False credits, stolen work and impersonation are removed and can lead to suspension.
  • FOLQIN never offers other members a way to download your photos and videos.

Professional listings and dealings between members

  • Listings must be accurate and follow the Professional Listings Policy.
  • Orders, payments, samples and deliveries are agreements between the members involved. WFL is not a party to them and does not guarantee goods, payments or members, but we act on reports of fraud.

Rules and enforcement

  • Breaking the Community Guidelines or the law can lead to removal of content, a warning, limits, suspension, or closing the account. Each decision names the rule, says how long it lasts and how to appeal.
  • Some decisions start from automated detection; automatic suspensions are always checked by a person, and nothing automatic is permanent.
  • You can appeal any decision for 180 days from Account standing in Settings.

Pausing and leaving

  • You can pause your account at any time and continue it by signing in.
  • You can delete your account from Settings. It is hidden at once and erased after 30 days, unless you sign in and keep it. Some records are kept longer where the law requires it.

Our service

  • We work to keep FOLQIN available and secure, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, WFL is not liable for indirect losses or for what members do.
  • We may change features. We will tell you about significant changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect, in FOLQIN and by email. If a change needs your agreement, you will be asked to accept it when you next sign in.
