Appeal a decision
Ask us to look again at a warning, limit, suspension or ban.
You can appeal any decision about your account for 180 days.
- Open Account standing. If you cannot sign in because of a suspension, sign in anyway: the page explaining the suspension has the appeal form.
- Choose Appeal next to the decision and tell us, in your own words, why it was wrong. Include anything that helps: the context, who the people in the photo are, your rights to the work.
- Send. Someone who was not part of the first decision reviews it.
We reply in your notifications and by email, usually within three working days. If we overturn the decision, the strike is removed and anything we hid comes back.
One appeal per decision. If you have new information later, contact us.
