My account is suspended
Why it happened, when it ends and what you can do.
When an account is suspended, its posts, listings and Passport are hidden and nobody can sign in to it until the suspension ends.
Finding out why
Sign in as usual. Instead of your home page, you see the reason, the rule involved and when the suspension ends. We also send this by email.
When it ends
Temporary suspensions end on the date shown and your account continues as before: your work, connections and messages come back.
Some automatic suspensions last until a person reviews them, which we do within 24 hours.
