Staying signed in

"Keep me signed in" keeps a device signed in until it has not been used for 90 days. Without it, you are signed out after 12 idle hours or when the browser closes.

Forgot your password

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the link we email you.

Lost a device or saw something odd

Go to Settings, change your password and choose Sign out everywhere. Every device, including other FOLQIN apps, is signed out.
